Refund Policy

1. Overview

Payments are processed by Stripe. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Where applicable, mandatory statutory consumer rights (for example, the EU right of withdrawal for digital goods) continue to apply on top of the policy below.

2. One-Time Purchases (Persona $30, Apex $40)

One-time persona licenses are final sale and non-refundable. Once payment is processed the license is yours and the plugin is available to download and activate immediately. Because the digital goods are delivered and consumed on purchase, we do not offer a money-back guarantee on the one-time product itself.

3. Guardrails Subscription (€9/month)

Guardrails is a monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time from your billing page. On cancellation request we will issue a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the current billing period. Past billing periods are non-refundable. Automatic renewal stops immediately after cancellation.

4. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests apply to Guardrails subscriptions and statutory-rights cases only. Email support@clawmont.com from the address associated with your purchase. Include your order ID (from the Stripe receipt) and a short reason if you'd like to share one — it helps us improve. Valid refund requests are typically processed within 3 business days; the funds usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we can almost always resolve refund requests faster and more simply than a dispute. Abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.
