Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Clawmont is a security and configuration plugin for OpenClaw. It provides role-based AI gateway configuration, real-time threat detection, and alert notifications. The plugin runs locally on your infrastructure; the optional Guardrails cloud add-on provides hosted alert delivery and an audit trail.

2. Plans and Billing

• Developer plan: $30 one-time — Developer persona license.
• Optimus Prime plan: $40 one-time — every persona, including every future persona we ship.
• Guardrails add-on: $9/month — optional cloud security layer (alerts, digests, hosted audit trail). Billed monthly.
• Processed via Stripe. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

3. Money-Back Guarantee

All purchases include a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 7 days of your first payment, you will receive a full refund. No questions asked.

4. Cancellation

The Developer and Optimus Prime persona licenses are one-time purchases — nothing to cancel. If you subscribed to Guardrails, you can cancel at any time from your billing page; the Guardrails cloud layer remains active until the end of the current billing period. The open-source plugin and your local configuration files always remain yours.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Clawmont to facilitate illegal activities, attempt to reverse-engineer the cloud service, or abuse the API beyond reasonable usage limits.

6. Limitation of Liability

Clawmont is provided "as is." We do our best to detect and block security threats, but no security tool is perfect. Clawmont is not liable for damages resulting from undetected threats or service interruptions. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
